Refund Policy
GetItCheap sells digital software licenses (product keys, activation codes). Due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict no-refund policy after delivery.
After key delivery
Once your license key or activation code has been delivered (by email or shown on the order/checkout completion page), we cannot offer refunds. The key can be used immediately and cannot be returned.
Before delivery
If your order has not yet been fulfilled (e.g. payment is pending or key not yet assigned), you may contact support to request cancellation. We will process eligible requests on a case-by-case basis.
Activation issues
If you experience activation problems, please contact our support team with your order ID, product name, and details of the issue. We will help you resolve activation problems but cannot offer refunds solely due to activation difficulties once the key has been delivered.
